This Privacy Policy explains how LittyLabz LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use iLander (the "App").

1) Information We Collect

The App may collect certain information automatically through third-party services used to operate the App:

Advertising data (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob):

When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect information such as device identifiers, approximate location, IP address, ad interaction data (impressions, clicks), and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.

Purchase information (Apple In-App Purchases):

Apple processes payments. We receive information needed to validate purchases (e.g., transaction identifiers, purchase status). We do not receive your full payment details (such as your credit card number).

Game Center / leaderboards:

If you sign in to Game Center, Apple may share information with us needed for leaderboards and competitive features (such as your Game Center player identifier and scores). Your Game Center profile name/avatar may be visible to other players in leaderboards and, if you play with Game Center friends, your best score and display name may appear in their game as a "ghost" marker (and theirs in yours), per Apple's settings and policies.

Diagnostics:

We may collect performance and diagnostic information (e.g., crashes) to improve the App.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and maintain the App and its features (including purchase restoration).
  • Show ads and measure ad performance.
  • Process and validate purchases and entitlements (e.g., Remove Ads).
  • Operate leaderboards and friend-ghost features via Game Center.
  • Improve the App, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse/fraud.
  • Respond to support inquiries.

3) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Advertising providers: Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and demand partners for ad delivery and measurement.
  • Apple: for in-app purchases, Game Center, and standard platform functionality.
  • Service providers: diagnostics and crash reporting.

4) Advertising Choices

Google may show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your region, settings, and consent choices. You can control ad personalization through your device settings and (where applicable) consent prompts shown in the App. Ads can be removed entirely with the Remove Ads in-app purchase.

5) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including compliance and legitimate business needs. Transaction records and entitlement status may be retained as needed for purchase restoration and audit purposes. Your best score is stored locally on your device and, if you sign in to Game Center, on Apple's leaderboard service.

6) Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your country).

7) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
