Welcome to LittySteps, a pedometer step tracking app made by LittyLabz LLC. By downloading or using LittySteps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What LittySteps Does

LittySteps lets you track your daily step counts by manually entering them or by taking a photo of your pedometer display. It is a simple tracking tool designed to help you keep a record of your steps.

Not Medical Advice

LittySteps is not a medical device and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is a step-count tracker — nothing more. Do not use LittySteps as a substitute for professional medical advice or to make health-related decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing any exercise routine.

Physical Activity Disclaimer

Walking and other physical activities carry inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety while engaging in any physical activity. By using LittySteps, you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk. LittyLabz LLC is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or other harm that may result from physical activity you undertake.

Accuracy of Step Data

LittySteps relies on data you provide — either through manual entry or by photographing your pedometer. The app's photo reading feature uses optical character recognition (OCR), which may occasionally misread your pedometer display. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any step count data recorded in the app. Always verify your entries if accuracy is important to you.

No Warranty

LittySteps is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LittyLabz LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LittyLabz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of LittySteps. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, health-related issues, or any inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use LittySteps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining any backups of your data. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

LittySteps, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by LittyLabz LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend LittySteps at any time, with or without notice. Your right to use the app ends if you violate these terms or if the app is discontinued.

Apple's Terms

LittySteps is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's terms shall govern to the extent of that conflict.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of LittySteps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
