Syllaburst — Word Puzzle Game

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Syllaburst (the "App"), operated by LittyLabzLLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store rules. If you are under the age required to consent in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian's permission.

2) License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's rules.

3) Gameplay, Virtual Items, and Currency

The App may include virtual currency (e.g., coins), consumable virtual items (e.g., power-ups), and unlockable content (e.g., avatars/cards). These have no real-world value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable outside the App unless we explicitly allow it.

We may change, rebalance, add, or remove virtual items, currency, pricing, or gameplay mechanics at any time, including for economy balancing, anti-abuse, or product improvements.

4) Purchases and Payments (In-App Purchases)

Some features may be offered via Apple In-App Purchases (IAP). Apple processes all payments. We do not collect your payment information.

All purchases are subject to Apple's purchase flow, billing, refund policies, and receipt validation. Where required, you can restore eligible purchases using Apple's "Restore Purchases" functionality.

Consumables (e.g., coin packs) are typically not restorable; non-consumables/entitlements (e.g., Ad-Free, Infinite Play) are generally restorable, subject to Apple's policies.

5) Ads and Rewarded Ads

The App may display ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may provide in-app rewards upon successful completion. Ad availability may vary based on region, device, and network connectivity. We do not guarantee ad availability, fill rate, or specific rewards at all times.

6) Offline Mode

The App may offer an offline practice mode. In offline mode, certain features may be unavailable, including (but not limited to) online leaderboards, achievements, cloud sync, rewards, or purchase validation. Progress in offline mode may not carry over to online features.

7) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App or its services.
  • Use automation, bots, or other methods to generate artificial gameplay, rewards, ad views, or purchases.
  • Circumvent limits or restrictions related to rewards, ads, or purchases.

8) Leaderboards and Competitive Features

If the App includes competitive features (e.g., leaderboards), you agree to play fairly. We may remove scores, restrict features, or suspend access for suspected cheating or abuse.

9) Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, artwork, graphics, audio, trademarks, and content, is owned by LittyLabz LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

10) Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LittyLabz LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
